The roles in the EBS one Workflow group control the tasks a user can undertake in Workflow Manager.

Run Reports - Workflow	Run workflow-related reports.
Workflow Administrator	Create and edit workflows on the Workflow Manager screen. It also allows users to delete, export, and import workflows.
Workflow Scheduler	Create and edit workflow schedules on the Workflow Scheduler screen.
